Our Services

Embroidery

Embroidery is the technique of decorating apparel, fabric, or other materials with needle and thread. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as sequins, rhinestones, or yarn. It can be produced by a machine or in some cases by hand. In our usage it is always by a machine that is specifically made for the apparel promotional industry.

Screen Printing

Silk Screen printing is the method for labeling textiles, plastic and paper products with flat or flat-tenable surface. The ink is directly pressed on the product’s surface through a gauze and fixed with the machine’s heat treatment. This awesome technology provides high color accuracy and delivers products that you’ll be proud to show off. Colors are based on the Pantone color matching system.

Sublimation

You may have heard the term ‘sublimation’ going around lately. Some apparel decorators call it dye-sub, or dye sublimation printing, but no matter what you call it, sublimation printing is a versatile, digital printing method that opens up a world of opportunities to any consumer of decorated goods.

Heat Transfer Vinyl

Heat Transfer Vinyl must be used on products that can take the heat and pressure necessary to transfer the vinyl onto the substrate. Each heat transfer vinyl manufacturer will list what products can be used for each type of vinyl.

Direct to Film

Recently you may have come across discussions debating Direct to Film (DTF) printing versus DTG printing and wondered about the advantages of DTF technology. While DTG printing produces high-quality full size prints with brilliant colors and an incredibly soft hand feel.
